The night before the flight

If you want to avoid high levels of stress, start preparing for your trip a few days before leaving. Whether you fly from one country to another in Europe or from one continent to another, it's always good to plan things! You have everything you want to bring with you packed. Put your luggage to the door. Some airlines allow you to register twenty-four hours before your flight if you fly with one of them, sign up and print your writing board (if this is an option). Collect all your travel documents (such as a passport, boarding pass, supplementary ID card and some cash), put them in your hands and put them in your luggage, I had a small notebook in which I recorded all my travel plans. This helped me by knowing the gate number, flight number, airline, and so on. Usually I kept my ticket and my notebook together. It is good to have everything together and ready to go only in case something goes smooth on the day of the trip. You will not have to think that you remember doing something special because you have everything left aside and ready to go.

In addition to preparing your articles, you must be ready too! if your flight is injured, try adjusting your schedule a few days before you can go to bed early and enjoy a good night's sleep. ) Set more than one alarm. I'm usually good at waking up to no alarm, but it's better to be sure than to regret – you do not want to miss your flight! One practice I started was to wear my clothes at night. As I said, if something goes wrong, all you have to do is get into the clothes you have ready!

Your transport should be arranged the day before your flight. If you accept a taxi, call a taxi service and tell what airport and how much your flight is. They can have a good idea of what time to bring you – you'll probably want to make two hours of your starting point (you can adjust this depending on how far you live from the airport)

Once you've planned everything and ready to go, you can get a good break, knowing that all you have to do the next morning wakes up and goes away! This really has to reduce the stress you are experiencing before traveling. You can make sure you have everything and you will not forget the important things because you have given yourself enough time to get your consequences in order.

If you do all of this, the stress level will be reduced by half
